How do I place an order?

With one tap you place products in your shopping cart.



Did you find everything?
Then go to your shopping cart. Choose a delivery time, enter your address details and pay with iDEAL, or choose the option "pay at the door".



What are the delivery costs?

We do not charge delivery costs. We offer this as a service. From the government, we are obliged to charge an amount for bags, which you can already see in your shopping cart.



Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, order for at least € 15,- and we will deliver your groceries to your door free of charge at a time of your choice.



What are the delivery times?

You can choose a delivery time, which you see above in your shopping cart.



Are there additional costs that I can take into account?

No, you never pay delivery costs or other administrative costs with us. All prices you see on the site include VAT, so you always know where you stand. The amount in the shopping cart is exactly the amount that you pay. We do ask for a 10 cent deposit for the bags in which you get the groceries.



How and when can I reach you?

We are available on weekdays from 08:00 to 22:00. We are available on Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 7 pm.

You can easily contact us by clicking on the icons (phone, email, WhatsApp) on the site. If you send us a message, we will do our best to answer as soon as possible.



I have a suggestion for a new product in the range. How do I pass that on?
